OUR CARPET CLEANING KEEPS YOUR CARPETS LOOKING BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL!
(This carpet is over 10 years old!)
Our 8 Step Carpet Cleaning Process... performed on EVERY JOB.
STEP ONE - Pre-Inspection
Our first important step is to perform an in-depth, in-person inspection of the carpet. During this time we will gather information then identify the trouble spots and what type of carpet you have. During this time we will develop a specialized cleaning plan that is specific to the material type and soil condition of your carpet.
STEP TWO - Commercial Pre-Vacuuming
We only use powerful vacuums that carry the Carpet & Rug Institute seal of approval. This step ensures the maximum amount of dirt, dust, and pet dander is removed prior to wetting. Studies show a quality vacuum can remove up to 70% of soil and ensures carpets dry 30% faster.
STEP THREE - Pre-Spray and Spotting Treatment
During this step we pre-treat the entire carpet. Our pre-spray is custom formulated break down and loosen trapped dirt, oils, sugars and other soils commonly found in carpets. We then treat individual stains with our professional spotting kit. The carpets are now ready to be rinsed and flushed.
STEP FOUR - Pre-Groom (Agitation) and Dwell Time
We use our carpet groomers to agitate our cleaning agents, working them further into the fibers of your carpets. Once it is deep within the carpet pile, it suspends soil further and allows the products to work more effectively. We then allow the cleaning agents to dwell as per the label instructions.
STEP FIVE - Hot Water Extraction & Rinse
This is what is commonly referred to as "steam cleaning". During this step we use our high PSI carpet cleaning machines with water that is around 200 degrees to thoroughly flush and rinse your carpets. The rinsing agent will is custom tailored to your carpet type and will leave the fibers pH neutral thereby preventing re-staining.
STEP SIX - Post Grooming / High Speed Drying
The post grooming process is when the carpet is set in one direction. During this time our high powered air movers will already be working hard to ensure your carpet dries quickly. The brushing of the carpet pile also serves to provide visual appeal that shows off your newly fresh and clean carpeting.
STEP SEVEN - Carpet Protector Application (Optional)
We strongly encourage our clients to apply our Dupont Teflon Carpet Protectant. This product application helps keep your carpets cleaner, longer. It increases vacuum efficiency and prevents new spots or stains by forming by acting as a protective barrier from spills and moisture of any kind.
STEP EIGHT - Post Inspection
We will go on a detailed walk through of your home following the completion of our cleaning process. During this time we make sure all spots, stains, and high traffic areas have been thoroughly cleaned. We can also provide suggestions on how to maintain your carpet in order to extend its life and maintain its high level of cleanliness.
Our Superior Carpet Cleaning Methods and Equipment
Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning)
This method is perfect in RESIDENTIAL settings. Through the use of chemistry, heated/pressurized water and high powered suction, we are able to fully and completely flush your carpets free of dirt, debris, oils, and other foreign substances a carpet can pick up.
Benefits of Hot Water Extraction
Low Moisture Carpet Encapsulation
VLM (very low moisture) carpet cleaning is perfect in COMMERCIAL settings. Encapsulation Cleaning isn't a new technology, but it's method of application has improved drastically. This method of shampooing uses a polymer solution that encases or “encapsulates” the dirt particles.
The encapsulation process creates a hard crystal shell around the dirt. Said dirt is then completely removed by vacuuming.
